Support
Every message is read by a person. Email [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Many questions are already answered on the FAQ — pricing, restoring a purchase, backups, and how the percentage of the world is calculated.
Reporting a problem
The quickest way is Settings → About & Support → Contact & Feedback → Report a problem in the app. It opens an email with your app version, phone model, and operating system already filled in, plus a Support ID: the app’s random installation identifier, which lets us find your purchase and how the app has been used, so we can sort out problems with premium. You can delete that line before sending; the Privacy Policy explains what it links.
If you can’t open the app, include as much of this as you can in your bug report:
- your phone model and operating system version;
- the app version, shown at the bottom of Settings;
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
- a screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.
Feature requests are just as welcome — tell us what you were trying to do.
Deleting your account and data
Onedermap works entirely on your device and does not require an account. If you have never signed in to cloud backup, there is nothing on our side to delete — openSettings → Backup & Data → Reset data in the app to clear the countries and cities saved on your device.
If you did sign in to cloud backup with Apple or Google, you can permanently delete your account and everything backed up with it at any time fromSettings → Cloud backup → Delete account & cloud data.
If you no longer have the app installed, or cannot get into it, email[email protected] from the address associated with your sign-in, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account and its backup and confirm once it is done. This does not affect countries already saved on a device — use Reset data there for that.
The Privacy Policy sets out what is stored, where, and why.
